  They charge your card twice and then when I called her exact words "it happens all the time just wait a few days. My daughter plays with the fax machine and it has the same line as the credit card machine". They charged my card $63.63 twice. Was not helpful on resolving my problem.

  I really want to like this place. The people work hard to provide fast service. They often bring their small kids there while they work. However, the food is usually just okay and I've had multiple mix ups with my order. Today my rice and beans tasted like it was scrapped off of the top of a burned pan. I understand not wanting to waste food but that is not okay. Service is just not welcoming.
